Training at HOF has been crucial for my HYROX journey. The blend of endurance and functional work improved my stamina, strength, and technique for key events like sled pushes and ergs. The support from trainers and members is huge motivation.
I picked up my game when I started the HYROX program at HOF. There was a big focus on running, but I built strength and stamina by staying consistent with 2–3 S&C sessions a week. It made all the difference.
HYROX classes at HOF gave us everything we needed to tackle the race. The high-intensity workouts that mimic the actual events were spot on.
I thought I lacked the strength to go PRO. HOF gave me a simple, targeted plan and a supportive community that fixed my weaknesses. Six months later, I'm a different athlete.
Running wasn't my problem. Strength was. HOF closed the gaps, and the personal touch in every class made the difference.
