Our Strength classes aren't random workouts. They're structured to make you stronger week by week. That means more power on sleds, better efficiency on lunges, and less fatigue across the race.

Our Endurance classes are structured to improve your pacing, lactic threshold and ability to sustain effort under fatigue. That means smoother runs, better recovery between stations, and no drop-off halfway through the race.

Our team of experienced coaches is dedicated to supporting you throughout your fitness journey, no matter where you're starting from. In our strength classes, you can begin with lighter weights or even choose not to use any weights at all. Our coaches will always make sure you feel challenged on the right level. In our cardio classes, while our coaches will motivate and challenge you to give it your best effort, you have the freedom to go at a pace that suits you.
